Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in its original condition – unused, unassembled, and with all original packaging and tags
  • Return request must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided
Please note: Due to the nature of certain furniture items, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
  • Assembled furniture items
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Refund Process
